This Venue Entry and Attendance Policies document refers to the venue described in the proposed admission ticket being sought by the purchaser (herein, the "purchaser" or "you"), and such venue, including its owner(s), officer(s), shareholder(s), director(s), employee(s), volunteer(s) and/or agent(s), is herein collectively referred to as the "Venue"

1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS AND CONDITIONS: by clicking on the "I accept" button below, the purchaser of the ticket agrees to and will observe all terms, rules, regulations and policies contained herein and as may be published by the Venue at [venue website].
   
2. USE OF TICKET: The associated ticket is non-refundable, non-transferable and final and entitles the purchaser to attend the associated event at the Venue subject to the terms and conditions herein and as published by the Venue from time to time at [venue website]. The said ticket shall not be reproduced without the written consent of the Venue. The ticket allows only one entry to the Venue. In the event of cancellation or postponement of the associated event, you may be entitled to a refund of the cost of the ticket (less applicable fees) or to exchange the same for a ticket to the rescheduled event, if applicable.
   
3. ENTRY AND CONDUCT: You agree that entry into the Venue and permission to attend the event thereat, are subject to all applicable policies and procedures including, but not limited to, the following:
   
   1. inspection of your personal belongings prior to entry, to which you consent and you understand that your entry to the Venue may be prohibited if the Venue determines you are attempting to bring in any prohibited item(s);
      
   2. you agree that entry to the Venue or attendance at the event may be refused or terminated for disorderly conduct, intoxication, harassment of or violence exhibited towards Venue or event staff, or other attendees, failure to observe or comply with all applicable Venue policies, rules and regulations including requests of Venue staff or security;
      
   3. you will, at all times during your attendance at the Venue or for the event, comply with all applicable laws, regulations and Venue policies and rules.
      
4. WAIVER AND LIABILITY: THE BELOW SECTIONS LIMIT YOUR RIGHTS — YOU MUST READ THIS CAREFULLY. IF YOU DO NOT UNDERSTAND ANYTHING CONTAINED BELOW, YOU SHOULD NOT PROCEED FURTHER.
   
5. ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY: you understand and acknowledge that the Venue is a public space and/or the event is a public event, and attendance at the same carries a risk of injury. You hereby agree to assume all potential or actual risks associated with the event or present at the Venue including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or death, and you agree to save and hold harmless the Venue, the event and the organizers thereof from any liability in relation thereto.
   
6. CONSENT: by attending at the Venue for the event, you consent to the recording of your image, likeness, voice, and/or personal details by the Venue for security, marketing and promotional purposes. You agree that you have no reasonable expectation of privacy in relation to the Venue or the event, nor any claim for return of, or compensation for, the recording or use of your image, likeness, voice or personal details.
